PPH Study and Capacity Building: Led the rollout of the WHO Carbetocin training initiative across three Nigerian states—Kano, Kaduna, and Lagos. Oversaw end-to-end logistics, coordinated stakeholder engagement, facilitated community education campaigns, and delivered capacity-building sessions for 770 healthcare workers
Facility and PSA plants Assessments: Provided comprehensive end-to-end logistics support for CHAI/UNITAID health facility and PSA plant assessments across five Nigerian states: Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Imo, Ogun, and Plateau.
Social Health Insurance Willingness-to-Pay Study: Qualitative study using both traditional and digital methods to gather insights from 7 states (Kano, Kaduna, Katsina, Ondo, Ekiti, Niger and Bayelsa States); informed inclusive health financing strategies.

Oxygen Therapy Roll-Out: Reached 2 states (Kano and Kaduna) with in-person and digital training on hypoxaemia management.
Built inclusive tools and ensured remote access to post-training materials.
Family Planning Study: Empowered health workers and communities to improve post-pregnancy care. Incorporated digital tools for data collection and health education. Implemented in Lagos, Nasarawa and Rivers States
Phase IV Clinical Trials: Supported research in Rivers States, Nigeria by leading protocol adaptation, site and team selection, participant recruitment, financial oversight, and ensuring regulatory compliance and research quality with local and global partners.
